Circa 1989 Besson Sovereign BE950-1 Eb Tenor Horn in lacquer finish. Supplied in a generic modern luxury hard case along with a brand new Alliance TH3 mouthpiece in silver plated finish.
The instrument has been professionally serviced , cleaned & polished including chemical clean & ultrasonic clean.
New valve springs , valve guides , soft stops & water key corks have been fitted .
As can be seen, the instrument has lots of lacquer scratches , lacquer wear & lacquer loss in places. At some point a small patch has been fitted near the valve block.
None of the above affect how the professional level Besson Sovereign Horn plays . It actually plays perfectly, giving a lovely sound throughout the range . Valve are super light & quiet .
