Circa 1987 Uk built Besson Sovereign BE992-1 BBb Tuba in lacquered finish . Supplied in its original Besson hard case with fully functioning wheels , handles & latches . No splits or cracks on the case too .
Also included is a refurbished Denis Wick classic series 4L mouthpiece in silver plated finish with gold plated rim & cup.
The instrument has been professionally serviced , cleaned & polished including internal chemical clean & ultrasonic clean of slides , caps & valves.
Brand new valve springs , spring dampers , soft stops & water key corks have been fitted .
As with all lacquer instruments there are scratches & lacquer wear evident. Nothing to detract from the Tuba at all though .
The Tuba blows really well . Valves are super slick & quiet .
