Circa 2021 Vincent Bach 184ML Bb Cornet in silver plated finish in as new condition. Supplied in its original luxury hard case with certification and a brand new Classic series Denis wick 3B mouthpiece in gold plated finish .
The instrument has been professionally serviced , cleaned and polished including chemical clean and ultrasonic clean .
New soft stops and water key cork have been fitted .
The condition is as new and has obviously seen very little use .
Valves are super with a great light , quiet action
As are the triggers . 1st sprung has a responsive action .
3rd shunt trigger is light and slick too with added bumper on the trigger stop fitted .
The Cornet is a joy to play , giving a lovely tone throughout the range .
The Vincent Bach 184 is an American-built short model (shepherd’s crook) cornet, designed to produce the mellow sound of British-style brass bands.
Though not widely used amongst traditional brass bands, it is nevertheless popular with military bandsmen, with a rich vibrant tone that projects to the back of any bandroom or concert hall.
Manufactured in three different bore sizes (medium-large, large and extra-large), this is the silver-plate finish medium-large bore 184SML model.
